Delivery

What are your shipping times?

As each garment is made to order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production. Following craftsmanship, delivery within New Zealand and Australia typically takes 5 to 15 business days. We prioritise an intentional, meticulous process over mass-market speed.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our primary focus is serving the Australian and New Zealand markets with a premium regional experience. For enquiries regarding shipping outside of these locations, please contact us directly.

Returns & Sizing

What is your return policy?

In alignment with our Mark of Intent, we guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a garment that is damaged or features a manufacturing error, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

Because each piece is created uniquely for you, we cannot offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We strongly encourage you to consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.

How do your garments fit?
